How to Invite an Owner to Their Portal
This help article explains how to invite a property owner to their owner portal in MagicDoor.

- How to confirm the invitation was sent
- What the owner receives after the invitation is sent
Use this article as a reference when onboarding new property owners or restoring portal access for existing owners.
Step 1: Navigate to Owners
Start by opening the owners’ section from the main menu.
- From the left-side navigation, select Users
- Select Owners
- You'll see a list of all owners on your account
Step 2: Open the Owner Profile
Choose the owner you want to invite.
- Click on the owner's name
- The owner profile page will open
Step 3: Send the Portal Invitation
Send the invitation from the owner's portal access settings.
- In the top navigation of the profile, scroll right to find Activity & Portal Access
- Click Activity & Portal Access
- Select Send Invite
- Click Confirm
Once confirmed, the owner will receive a message with a secure login link to access their portal.
