Steps to Change a Maintenance Request

Follow these steps to convert an existing maintenance request into a work order:

1- Navigate to the maintenance request:

Click on Maintenance in the left sidebar
Select Maintenance Requests from the menu
Locate and click on the specific request

2- Initiate the conversion:

Click the Convert to Work Order button
The conversion wizard will appear

3- Complete the conversion:

Follow the on-screen prompts
Review the work order details
Confirm to create the new work order
